If you can get on the Internet then we can connect to your computer remotely. It will be just as if we were sitting in front of your computer. We can fix almost any problem using our remote connection.
Can you connect to my computer after the remote session is over? NO!
Once the session is over we can no longer access your PC. Each session requires a unique PIN code and once the session is over the PIN code expires. No software is ever installed on your computer.
Is the remote connection secure? YES!
The remote session uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security levels used and trusted by major banking institutions.
Can my computer be fixed without erasing the hard drive? YES!
If you don't want us to format the hard drive we can still fix your computer without doing the full scale re-format. We can remove Viruses, Spyware and corruption without losing any programs. This is a great option to use if you have a lot of programs installed that you don't have the CDs to reinstall them with.
Do you need my entire computer with the monitor, keyboard, printer etc? NO!
We only need the tower which is the piece of the computer has the CD and floppy disk drives. We do need laptop power cords. If you have any of the original CDs that came with your computer please have them available, as well.
Do you overhaul both desktops and laptops?
YES!
We provide PC solutions for both desktops and laptops!
Do you work with Macs? YES!
We do work with Macs by appointment only - Please call for details.
What about Pickup and Delivery? YES!
We will Pickup & Deliver Laptops & Desktops at no cost to you.
Remember we only need the CPU we don't need the monitor, keyboard, mice, etc…
